My focus is on businesses in Kenya and East Africa, as well as UK and international companies seeking experienced, independent remote advisory support.

This may include examining alternatives, testing assumptions, identifying risks and bringing together the information needed for a better-informed decision.

Information Systems & Process Improvement

Reviewing how information, systems and business processes work together and identifying practical opportunities for improvement.

This can include examining how business software—including ERP and accounting packages—supports operations and management information, alongside manual processes, reporting flows and appropriate uses of AI or other technology.
